Yes,even sampled some of the food. Big improvement over 2005, little bigger on the portions too. I loved the stir fry.

Meals will have themes. I have the list at home, but don't remember all the details.

so where do leaders get the menu?
It is mid April and I don't see it yet..( went in 01 and 05; both years, the menus were the same...no themes...)..I know, I have both to compare...

This may just be my Calfornia mindset talking, but there is a lot of individually packaged things on that menu. There is going to be a lot of trash created here. They have five different days of some form of granola bar. On the Jamboree site they say that they are expecting 43,000 people there. That means that there will be 215,000 granola bar rappers if everyone gets just one. Those aren't recyclable.

I know we have to eat while there, but that is a lot of trash.

Wow , just saw the menu. I dont see a menu with lots of veggie, see donut for dinner, strange that we should be talking about cutting fat and the big org feeding us with more Calories.

I agree on all the papers and wrappers!!!!. What a mess it is going to create, particularly with 50000 odd people there!.
I also find it strange that the organizers dont offer a vegetarian platter????
