I attended the BSA's former National Executive Institute at the former Schiff Scout Reservation in 1974 (NEI 7404). My classmates and I ordered special 2-color patches for our class. I have four of them left. They are not valuable and not worth eBay'ing, but I am curious if anyone here might know someone who may have attended NEI 7404, or even any NEI at Schiff who might have in interest in the patch.
